Lazy Gator Grilled Skirt Steak with Merlot Wine Steak Sauce
• 2 to 2.5 pounds skirt steak, excess fat removed
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
• Lazy Gator’s Merlot Wine Steak Sauce
Rub steak with olive oil and generously season with salt and pepper. Grill steaks over high heat for 7 – 10 minutes (medium-rare). Rest steaks for 5 – 10 minutes, and then slice across the grain. Spoon Merlot Wine Steak Sauce liberally over sliced steak and serve.
